Refund & Cancellation Policy
At AIvoraLabs Private Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality education, training, and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds will be considered. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Course Fees & Payments
- All course and program fees must be paid in full (or as per instalment schedule, if applicable) at the time of enrolment.
- Fees once paid are generally non-transferable and non-refundable, except as provided under this Policy.
2. Cancellations by Students
- Before Course Commencement: If you request cancellation 15 days or more before the start date, you may be eligible for a refund of 50% of the course fee (after deducting administrative charges).
- After Course Commencement: Once the course/program has started, no refunds will be provided.
- Digital Content: Fees paid for downloadable/online content, e-learning modules, or recorded sessions are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations by AIvoraLabs Private Limited
- If a course or program is cancelled or postponed by AIvoraLabs Private Limited due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrolments, faculty unavailability), participants will be:
- Offered a full refund, or
- Given the option to transfer enrolment to the next available batch.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days of receiving a valid refund request.
- Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment used during enrolment.
5. Internship & Career Services
- Any fees paid for internship placement support, mentorship, or career guidance are non-refundable, as these services depend on student participation and third-party opportunities.
6. Special Cases
- Refunds may be considered (on a case-by-case basis) in exceptional situations such as:
- Technical issues preventing access to online content (where responsibility lies with AIvoraLabs Private Limited).
- Duplicate payments made in error.
